My vision is an environment in which co-creativity is mobilised for the common good with wealth accumulated on the way. And a value exchange system approach is an excellent way to discover the vital ingredients for success.
Although a Chartered Civil Engineer, and credited with the design of the most highly stressed motorway bridge of its type in the UK (which still stands!) my project experience is predominantly with stressed organisations.
The value exchange system tool and approach is a reformulation of value networks and analysis.
I had a role in cultivating global community dialogue on value networks in the Google group and in the LinkedIn group for practitioners. You are most welcome to join in!
Gratitude is extended to ,any collaborators on the way including Verna Allee, Professor Oliver Schwabe and John Maloney for their expertise, guidance and support in the deep dive into value network approaches, to Jennifer J Stenhouse for helping me in attempts to communicate it more effectively, Dr Charles Savage for helping me address the workplace needs of the 21st century, Hubert Saint-Onge for providing knowledge management assurance, Stewart Levine for the art and practice of negotiating agreements, David Chassels, CEO of Procession, for paving the way in adaptive work flow delivery and Professor Andrew Chambers for urging that value networks be explored in the context of corporate governance.
My business Partner, Christie Sarri, in Meggitt Bird LLP, provides ongoing inspiration and expertise in pursuing all aspects of open innovation and the creation of projects on the ground.

To illustrate, in the 1980's, a major kingdom in the Middle East used over 5,500 information elements in the preparation of its five year plan, where a single information element could consist of many tables of subject data or accompanying reports.
The corresponding information flows (developed by this…Continue
